HHP 264 Statistics Human Performance

This course introduces bio statistical methods and applications covering central tendency and variability, normal distribution, correlation and linear regression, estimation using confidence intervals; and significance testing (t-tests, ANOVA, etc.), chisquare and inferential techniques necessary for appropriate analysis and interpretation of data relevant to health sciences. Students will use a statistical software package (SPSS). General Education – Practical Reasoning with Quantitative Emphasis (PRQ). NOTE: This course is not intended for Mathematics majors and is noncredit for students who completed MAT 104 Or ECO 250 or MAT 311. Noncredit for students who have completed HHP 386 Special Topics in Statistics in Human Performance
